These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Docket, a legal-recruiting workflow application operated by Tater Tech Studios LLC ("Tater Tech Studios," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using Docket, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Docket helps legal recruiters manage candidates, law firms, job postings, submissions, and outreach, including AI-assisted drafting and integrations with Google services. We may add, change, or remove features as the service evolves.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to use Docket on behalf of your business. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We are not liable for loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Do not share your credentials.
Docket is a paid service. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and term are set out in your order or written agreement with us. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel as provided in your agreement; access continues through the end of your current paid period.
You retain ownership of the data you enter or import into Docket. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. You are solely responsible for:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Docket integrates with third-party services, including Google (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets), Stripe, and an AI provider (Anthropic). Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' terms, and your use of Google data is governed by our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy. You authorize Docket to access these services on your behalf as needed to provide the features you enable.
Docket, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Tater Tech Studios LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tater Tech Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tater Tech Studios LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your data, your use of the service, your communications, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may cancel your account as provided in your agreement or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, we will delete your data within a reasonable period, subject to records we must retain to comply with law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects any changes. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of Docket after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
